I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 36 years experience working within the NHS.  I have worked within the psychological therapy services which provide evidence based psychological therapy interventions to help people overcome the difficulties  experienced with anxiety and depression.

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy,  and a Level 4 Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma. I am registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

 

I am insured with Holistic Insurance Services, and I hold an  enhanced  DBS check.
